President
- Elected to one year term
- One year of sobriety required
- Oversees Officers and their duties
- Manages and attends all Alumni events
- Presides (or makes arrangements in case of absence) over all monthly business meetings
- In coordination with Vice-President attends all Sunday and Thursday night Alumni meetings
- Meets with Alumni Coordinator regularly regarding any issues pertaining to ARAA.
Vice President
- Elected to one year term
- 6 months of sobriety required
- Assists President in all ARAA events
- Stands in when President is unavailable
- In coordination with President, attends all Sunday and Thursday night Alumni meetings
- Meets with Alumni Coordinator regularly regarding all issues pertaining to ARAA.
Treasurer
- Elected to one year term
- 1 year of sobriety
- Collects all monies from meetings and events
- Make required deposit of previous month’s monies no more then one week into the proceeding month
- Makes deposit of all monies connected to event within one week following said event
- Keeps accurate and ready accounting of all monies
- Provides detailed printed reports at each business meeting.
- Works directly with Fundraiser and Event Coordinator
- Must prepare and present budget for following upcoming year at March’s Executive Committee Meeting.
- Coordinates with meeting chairs to maintain accountability of collected funds from each meeting.
Secretary
- One year commitment
- 90 days of sobriety
- Maintains master phone list of ARAA
- Records / maintains minutes from Business meeting
- Electronically distributes minutes of the ARAA monthly meeting to all members in attendance of said meeting within fourteen (14) calendar days.
- Files reports and papers received by the Association
- Prepares agenda for all special meetings w/ direction of ARAA President
- Works with ARAA Membership Coordinator to ensure attendance sheets are obtained during every ARAA meeting and function.
Events Coordinator
- One year commitment
- Ninety days of sobriety
- Works with Alumni Coordinator to plan and coordinate all ARAA events
- Works closely with Fundraising Coordinator and Treasure as needed
- Presents all prospective events to ARAA board for approval
- Works with Alumni Coordinator to schedule an alumni function on a monthly basis
Fundraising Coordinator
- One year commitment
- Ninety days of sobriety
- Works with Alumni Coordinator to plan and coordinate all ARAA fundraising with ARAA board approval
- Works closely with Treasurer and Event Coordinator as needed in planning, execution and follow-up of all fundraisers
- Cultivates and fosters relationships with fundraising sources from the outside community.
Membership Coordinator
- Six month commitment
- Three months of sobriety required
- Maintain e-mail list in-cooperation w/ Alumni Coordinator
- Coordinate follow-up calls to former / non-active alumni
- Works together with ARAA Secretary to ensure attendance sheets are obtained during every ARAA meeting.
Wednesday AR Panel Coordinator
- Coordinates volunteers to populate Alumni Panel for every Wednesday of each month at Ranch
- Six month commitment
- Six months of sobriety required
