President

  1. Elected to one year term
  2. One year of sobriety required
  3. Oversees Officers and their duties
  4. Manages and attends all Alumni events
  5. Presides (or makes arrangements in case of absence) over all monthly business meetings
  6. In coordination with Vice-President attends all Sunday and Thursday night Alumni meetings
  7. Meets with Alumni Coordinator regularly regarding any issues pertaining to ARAA.

Vice President

  1. Elected to one year term
  2. 6 months of sobriety required
  3. Assists President in all ARAA events
  4. Stands in when President is unavailable
  5. In coordination with President, attends all Sunday and  Thursday night Alumni meetings
  1. Meets with Alumni Coordinator regularly regarding all issues pertaining to ARAA.

Treasurer

  1. Elected to one year term
  2. 1 year of sobriety
  3. Collects all monies from meetings and events
  4. Make required deposit of previous month’s monies no more then one week into the proceeding month
  5. Makes deposit of all monies connected to event within one week following said event
  6. Keeps accurate and ready accounting of all monies
  7. Provides detailed printed reports at each business meeting.
  8. Works directly with Fundraiser and Event Coordinator
  9. Must prepare and present budget for following upcoming year at March’s Executive Committee Meeting.
  10. Coordinates with meeting chairs to maintain accountability of collected funds from each meeting.

Secretary

  1. One year commitment
  2. 90 days of sobriety
  3. Maintains master phone list of ARAA
  4. Records / maintains minutes from Business meeting
  5. Electronically distributes minutes of the ARAA monthly meeting to all members in attendance of said meeting within fourteen (14) calendar days.
  6. Files reports and papers received by the Association
  7. Prepares agenda for all special meetings w/ direction of ARAA President
  8. Works with ARAA Membership Coordinator to ensure attendance sheets are obtained during every ARAA meeting and function.

Events Coordinator

  1. One year commitment
  2. Ninety days of sobriety
  3. Works with Alumni Coordinator to plan and coordinate all ARAA events
  4. Works closely with Fundraising Coordinator and Treasure as needed
  5. Presents all prospective events to ARAA board for approval
  6. Works with Alumni Coordinator to schedule an alumni function on a monthly basis

Fundraising Coordinator

  1. One year commitment
  2. Ninety days of sobriety
  3. Works with Alumni Coordinator to plan and coordinate all ARAA fundraising with ARAA board approval
  4. Works closely with Treasurer and Event Coordinator as needed in planning, execution and follow-up of all fundraisers
  5. Cultivates and fosters relationships with fundraising sources from the outside community.

Membership Coordinator

  1. Six month commitment
  2. Three months of sobriety required
  3. Maintain e-mail list in-cooperation w/ Alumni Coordinator
  4. Coordinate follow-up calls to former / non-active alumni
  5. Works together with ARAA Secretary to ensure attendance sheets are obtained during every ARAA meeting.

Wednesday AR Panel Coordinator

  1. Coordinates volunteers to populate Alumni Panel for every Wednesday of each month at Ranch
  2. Six month commitment
  3. Six months of sobriety required
